About Cheyenne Stonick

Cheyenne is a humanitarian aid worker by day and a candle-lit journal writer by night. With a soft spot for Russian, Spanish, and 19th-century British literature after undergraduate studies, she continues to learn from the likes of Anna Akhmatova, Pablo Neruda, and Victoria Woolf in her spare time. Her appreciation of global literature has led her to “travel” through human thought and experience in written works. While an avid journal-keeper and long-form writer, she has recently begun exploring the world of poetry. In her writing, she is curious, sensitive to herself and her surroundings, and unapologetically honest (in a way she wishes she could always be off the page).
